New Lines Available!

We are so excited to announce that our new lines are now available to order! It was starting to feel like this day would never come. Below is a video in which Paper Clippings interviewed Pia, our Art Director, at CHA. It's great because you're able to see the treatments of the papers and scale of the embellishments. You can get a better idea of the beauty that's awaiting you before you order. If you would rather be surprised, click here to order from our online store.

In case you forgot what the new lines look like, we'll reintroduce you. You can click on their titles to be redirected to the store.

Hope you enjoy, and if you have any questions, email us at seiblog(at)shopsei(dot)com.

Poinsettia Template

We've been getting a lot of positive feedback from our friends at CHA. One project that everyone's been wanting a template for is our poinsettia box topper. Josh found an amazing website that gives you a crazy array of paper projects. It was found on the Canon website. If you'd like to see the poinsettia template click here. We just added some of our rhinestone brads to beautify the center of the flower.

We also wanted to show off a few of Canon's other amazing paper projects. Have you ever wanted your very own Saint Peter's Basilica?
Just click and print.
Or a little mouse...
There's some amazing projects if you have the time and patience. They put a whole new spin on the art of origami. Hope you enjoy this link as much as we do!

CHA- cha cha cha!

We're kicking off CHA this week. It's being held in Orlando, Florida this year! Lucky ducks... So while half the building is gone, enjoying beautiful Florida, we will be your informants and keep you posted on what's going on. CHA doesn't actually begin until tomorrow but SEI is having their preview party tonight, which I always hear is a highlight. There will be new projects and layouts on display that we've been slaving away on the past couple of weeks. We didn't get to photograph all the projects or layouts but we'll show you a few. Hope you like them... they're pretty amazing (I can only say that because Josh made the most amazing Christmas Mint project)

Amazing, huh?

If you're lucky enough to be at CHA, let us know how you're liking it. If you're enjoying CHA from home this year, let us know what you think about these projects!

Christmas Mint

Thanks for all the wonderful feedback with the lines so far. We're excited that they'll have good homes to go to once they leave SEI. Now here is another creation we hope you adore:

Serve up sweet holiday memories with the delicious flavors of Christmas Mint. With candy colored ornaments, luscious swirls, and yummy patterns, this collection captures the irresistible sights and smells of a cozy Christmas at home. Signature colors include meringue, three flavors of mint, and Christmas tree green, offset with cocoa and holiday red. Bright foil, pearl, and varnish paper treatments, along with designer brads, specialty ribbons, and coordinating embellishments, make the perfect ingredients for mouth-watering Christmas keepsakes.

Sneak Peaks! Welcome Moravia...

This week is going to be filled with a lot of excitement. With CHA just a little over a month away, we have been receiving packages with our finished product in them. It's so exhilarating tearing open a new package to see lots of little finished embellishments and papers. We wanted to share these beautiful trinkets with our viewers. So each day this week we will be showcasing one new line that will be available at CHA Summer 2009. Also I won't reveal too much but I'd really recommend signing up as a follower (more details coming later this week). So first and foremost I'd like to introduce...

The rich colors and bold patterns of The Orient weave together with folk and floral motifs from Eastern Europe in this bohemian paper line. Flock and linen textures add dimension, accented by the glimmer of polished copper. Die cut pockets, wrap around belts & buckles paired with our new metal accents and brads make up unique embellishments. Stonewashed indigo, vermilion red and the honey color of antique sandalwood make a perfect ensemble for autumn cards, layouts and home decor projects.
